2012 International Rare Earth Forum focusing on the rare earth industry held in Sanya Hainan, Shanghai Metals predicted that by 2012 the steady rise of prices of rare earth products.

The first half of rare-earth prices soaring, some downstream enterprises have increased their purchases of rare earth products, ahead of the demand for consumption in the second half, resulting in the fourth quarter of businesses in general production.

However, to support related industries in the country and the context of global economic recovery in 2012 is expected to orderly development of the rare earth market, prices will steady rise.
