The magnetic filter is mainly used to remove liquid slurry of iron magnetic impurities, widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, pigments, dyes, food, metallurgy, ceramics and other industries, this product has a strong magnetic force, in addition to iron effect is good, easy to clean iron and so on.

   In the liquid slurry transportation process, the slurry through a filter, by the magnetic effect of a strong magnet, the slurry of iron impurities are adsorbed on the magnet sleeve, the elimination of slurry of iron impurities, guarantee the next process can effectively control the iron impurities.

    The magnetic filter flange connected to the interface with the slurry outlet line, so that a uniform slurry flow from the filter before, after a period of time after the trial to determine the cleaning cycle.

   When cleanup first loosen the clamping screw cover, remove the casing cover member, and then out of the magnet, the iron adsorbed on the sleeve impurities will automatically fall off. First barrel casing loaded after a clean installation, tighten the clamp screw, then put the lid magnet is inserted into the sleeve, you can continue to use.
